Tony John Romanelli started working alongside his father in 1987. He not only inherited the knowledge of years of foundation and drain experience but as well as the construction history of the city. By 1995, Tony John Romanelli became President of RCC Waterproofing and has now completed over 75,000 waterproofing projects.
Anthony has been a part of the RCC family for over 30 years. He started off in the field at a young age learning all the aspects of the waterproofing industry, making him one of the most experienced individuals we have on our team. After years of working on the field, he then used his knowledge and became one of our waterproofing consultants to help clients assess their basement problems. Let it be an easy or difficulty problem, Anthony knew the right way to do things which led him to the position he is in today as the Operations Manager.
Richard brings over 20 years of Sales, Marketing and Management experience to RCC. His commitment to complete customer satisfaction is one of his most valuable assets to the RCC team. Richard's waterproofing experience began 7 years ago with a competitor of ours in Hamilton, where he built himself an industry reputation for his ability to recruit, train and help grow quality people. This resulted in being considered for- and subsequently hired as - our South Western Ontario Sales Manager here at RCC to lead new growth. He also enjoys helping people with their basement water problems by doing estimates in the field as well as his other duties.
As we continue to grow from our GTA roots Richard, along with his team, has worked hard to quickly establish RCC as a leader in the residential waterproofing business in South Western Ontario. As a reliable and dependable professional, you can depend on Richard and his team from London to Kitchener/Waterloo, Guelph, Port Stanley to Lambton Shores, Hamilton, and Niagara regions' to take a focused and intelligent approach to each project.
Rick started with RCC Waterproofing over 25 years ago on the field, learning every aspect there is to the business. During this time he developed the knowledge and skill to become one of RCC's senior waterproofing consultants. During his time with RCC he has assessed over 40,000 homes in the GTA. He has a vast knowledge of the industry and definitely comes recommended.
Jamie has been a part of the RCC family for over 15 years. He stared of working in the trenches alongside our most experienced crews learning all aspects of the waterproofing industry. He quickly moved his way up within the company as a foreman, running crews before making the switch over 8 years ago to being a waterproofing consultant.
Jamie has a wide knowledge of all types of foundations and their particular problems and is one of our few consultants whom deal with basement lowering and underpinning. His experience, knowledge of waterproofing and honesty set him apart from our competitors and make him a valuable asset to RCC.
Joe is a 3rd generation of the RCC family. He started at the young age of 13 following in his father's footsteps in the waterproofing industry. He has the professional knowledge and guidance to provide you with any waterproofing issues you may have. His honesty and integrity will leave you with confidence and assurance you will be choosing the respected company of RCC.
Growing up surrounding the Etobicoke area it would be his pleasure to assist you anyway he can.
Nader has been with the RCC Family for over 10 years, helping many clients assess their basement problems. Living in Woodbridge for many years he knows the area well and would love to help customers in the area, as well as Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Thornhill, and North Etobicoke. His expertise will definitely make you confident when choosing RCC Waterproofing to do your work.
Ramy started working with RCC in the office, back in early 2000. After gaining interest in the industry, he joined the crews on the field to learn more about the work involved in waterproofing and gained hands on experience for the practical part of the job. After completing his engineering degree, Ramy has returned to RCC as a waterproofing consultant where he is able to use his knowledge and experience garnered over the years to help his customers best understand their options.
Kurt worked in the construction industry for his father’s home building company from an early age. Knowledge about foundations, cement floors, window wells, framing and landscaping ensued.He specialized in the interior waterproofing business, with extensive training, prior to being welcomed into the RCC family. Kurt is in his fourth year with RCC.
Living in Paris, Kurt services a wide area stretching from London to Guelph.

Jeffrey has been with the RCC family for over 2 years, he has worked in the waterproofing field for the last 8 years. Always working with integrity, Jeffrey strives to bring the best possible solution to everyone he meets. His extensive knowledge of the waterproofing industry helps him to know what is best for any situation. Danny has been in the waterproofing industry for over 25 years, twenty of those years he spent on the field doing the work hands on, learning the ins and outs of the waterproofing industry. Doing so, he soon worked his way up to a crew leader. With Danny's knowledge in the business, he can assess the problem and give you the right solution for your issue.
Justin has been in the waterproofing industry for over 20 years. He decided to join the RCC team, as we pride ourselves on the experience and knowledge our members have. He has a vast understanding of the business and would see nothing more but to help clients out with their basement problems.
Mauro has been in the construction industry for 30 years. This allowed him to gain knowledge and the expertise to assess, identify and provide efficient waterproofing consultations. His consultations are always backed with friendly, honest and reliable customer service.
Robert started off his career in construction for many years working all over Ontario, he then moved on to the waterproofing industry 12 years ago. The knowledge he gained in both areas of work has helped in assessing customer homes that may have a water problem. Living in Niagara all his life, he would love to be able to assist those in needs.
Chris has been at RCC for about 16 years. He's part of the elite team and is a hard worker. He makes sure that every job is done by RCC standards. His joyful characteristic keeps workers and customers entertained
Bruno has been with RCC for about 7 years. With over 10 years of experience, Bruno and his crew are very proud of their work and work very hard! They sometimes work late at night to make sure customer's are fully satisfied with a dry basement.
Anthony has been with RCC since 2010 and has been working under Pete's wing. He is now part of Pete's crew as a site supervisor. Anthony makes sure that the highest level of work is achieved as same as the elite guys that trained Pete.
John has been with RCC for about 21 years. As an elite experienced waterproofer, he have seen every job and obstacle. He also trained most of the Forman's and trains any new employee that comes through the RCC family doors.
Daniel has been with RCC since 2013. Daniel makes sure that all workers follow strict RCC safety rules with the proper safety equipment on every site. When on site, he's provided excellent workmanship and customer service and with his positive attitude and charm he makes a working environment more relaxing and motivates the workers. With his vast background knowledge in waterproofing and general contracting repairs, he is quickly on the rise to becoming one of the elite members of the RCC team.
Working alongside his brother Joey they have worked hard and learned the trades through their grandfather, the 2rd generation owner. They are now the 4th generation waterproofer and Jessie make sure that the top quality of work is still achieved on every site. Though Jessie has been working for RCC since 2008, he’s definitely part of the family heritage.
Sam has been with RCC for over 20 years. In his earlier years, Sam started his life in Montreal working as an auto body mechanic, framing houses/carpentry work, and plumbing. With a sharp mind Sam was able to pick up the skills and became a professional in whatever he did. Living in and Running the Hamilton RCC office, Sam's strict policy on work ethics have made guys, who came through the RCC doors, really care for the company and its quality of work. Any obstacles that come his way, he has it figured out. Sam is truly a tradesman of all trades.
Jordon have been working with Rob's crew for about 1 year. Jordon is very proud of his work and as the new guy, he's quickly picking up the skills and making sure the job is done right.
Though Joey has been working for RCC since 2009, he’s definitely part of the family heritage. Joey and his brother Jessie are the 4th generation waterproofer for RCC. Joey has worked hard and learned the trades through their grandfather, the 2rd generation owner and proven himself to be a leader and foreman for RCC. He continues to provide the same family traditions today and makes sure the top quality of work is still achieved.
Paul has been working with RCC for about 8 years. Experienced on a wide variety of excavators and loaders, Paul is a very skilled machine operator. With 10 years of machine experience and over 4000 machine hours with RCC, Paul is mostly scheduled on very difficult and complicated excavations. As part of Bruno's crew, Paul has worked long hours to keep home owners satisfied and the workers safe on the job site.
George has been with RCC for about 3 years. Working with both Pete and Marco, George is focused and keeps his work ethic solid as the people he works with, on the job site, is no less than perfect.
Marco has been with RCC for about 16 years. As part of the elite team and working alongside with his brother Chris I., Marco's strong work ethic helps keep the guys focused and the job precisely done as RCC standards.
Brent has been working on Rob's crew for about 3 years. As Rob, Brent makes sure the work ethic and quality of work is at its highest leaving the home owner's happy.
Nick has been with RCC for about 5 years. Working alongside with the elite member Sam on the field, Nick learned the trades really quickly. With his hard work ethic and dedication to RCC, Nick has proven himself to become the Operations manager in the Hamilton, Niagara, Fort Erie, Port Colborne, Brantford, and surrounding areas.
Jason has been with RCC for about 3 years. Working on Chevy's crew, Jason’s integrity and hard work really shows when he’s on the job site.
Marek has over 15 years of waterproofing and drain work experience, 6 of those years with RCC. Working alongside with Bruno and Chris G., Marek makes sure that the quality of his work is at its highest.
Ivan has been with RCC for about 8 years. Bilingual both in English and Spanish, Ivan's customer service is at its best when explaining to those who don't understand. As Eddie's younger brother, he has learned a lot, works hard, and maintains RCC's quality of work.
Eddie has been working for RCC about 16 years. Eddie is a really hard worker and put's his pride in his work. With a sales background, Eddie came to RCC training on the field with the elite guys John and Pietro, who has been working for RCC over 20 years, and Mike who have been working for RCC about 40 years. Eddie quickly learned the skills and became a Forman himself. With his vast knowledge and great communication skills, Eddie has become part of the elite team and also trains any new employee the same way he was trained.
Darwin has been with RCC for about 2 years. Working alongside with Roger, who was trained with the elite member Eddie, Darwin is an eager individual that wants to learn more and excel in his work. Both Roger and Darwin are bilingual in English and Tagalog [Filipino language] and communicate with homeowners who understand the language as well.
Roger has been with RCC for about 8 years. Working alongside Eddie for many years, Roger has been trained the same way the elite members trained Eddie. Roger has worked hard and proven himself to be a Forman. He and his crew continue to show high level of professionalism on every job they go to.
Choy has been working for RCC about 2 years. Part of Chevy's crew, Choy makes sure that the waterproofing work is done to RCC's satndards.
Tim works out in at the Hamilton office with Sam. Working along side Sam, Tim knows how important custmoer service is and echo's it to his wokers. Tim makes sure that the customer is happy with the work they're always happy with him.
Jeff has been with RCC for 8 years. Jeff started his career in Ottawa, ON. and learned his skills from living there. Jeff is the only employee in RCC that is a skilled mason [brick layer]; He's proud of his work and his skills that he had gained over the years. Jeff has done many basement foundation wall restorations and rebuilds. With his calm and cool personality workers feel at ease and the home owners very happy with the end result.
Richard works at the Hamilton location. Richard is very knowledgeable in waterproofing and makes sure the job is done right.
Cory has been with RCC for about 4 years. Working out at the Hamilton location and with Sam, Cory's hard work really reflects on the job site. Cory makes sure that the highest level of work is achieved from his workers.
Jaymin works at the Hamilton office. Working alongside Sam, Cory, and Tim, Jaymin knows how important customer service is. A great communicator and worker, Jaymin makes sure the work he does is to RCC's standards.
Raymond has been working for RCC about 15 years. Raymond works very hard and put's his heart into his work. Raymond worked alongside with our retired carpenter Mike who have been with RCC for 40 years. Raymond picked up the skills from Mike and learned about pouring concrete and concrete forming. Raymond is one of our lead guys for any underpinning and benching projects.
Mike has been workig for RCC for 13 years. His life in construction started 20 years ago in Germany as a landscaper for some of its' cities. He worked in Germany for 5 years before moving to Canada. Mike has worked hard along side with the Elite crew and quickly worked his way up to become a Foreman. His strong work ethics and friendly approach makes working with him easy.
Moe has been working for RCC for about 12 years. He first started with RCC by working for Tony Romanelli Sr. doing demolition and concrete work. Moe then transitioned over to the waterproofing division and worked along side with the elite team John, Pietro, Eddie, Marco, and Chris. He works really hard and worked his way up to become a Forman. Moe takes pride in his work and makes sure that only the top quality of work is achieved.
Monica is one of our senior customer service staff working with the RCC family for almost 5 years. Her strong organization and work ethics have helped her move on to the operations department within RCC where shes able to utilize all her skills.
Sylvia has been working for RCC for about a year and a half at the front desk as a receptionist and also works in the accounting department. She's bilingual in English and Polish. Her smile greets everyone who enter the RCC doors.
