I was very happy with the work which RCC had completed at my home, the crew was amazing. The sales rep (Jamie) was right on the money with the assessment of my property, he understood what was needed to be done and only recommended what was truly needed, unlike some other contractors which i had called for quotes. I would recommend RCC to anyone out there who has foundation issues. PS the crew was clean and very professional.

had internal waterproofing done on my house. I am just amazed of the work that was done. Half way through the job there was a road block. Anthony came the next day and assessed the situation with the crew and solved the problem. The crew leader Eddie then took charge and finished the work. They were very clean and professional. I now have no more leaks. Thank you RCC!!!

Our house was completely renovated in 2004 (including a second floor added and the basement finished). However, the full length of the house facing south was not waterproofed as it was considered superfluous at the time. Lo and behold, this summer (2010) strong rainfalls caused water to seep through the foundation. Having been alerted by RCC's TV commercial (still running) we contacted the company hoping it would be as competitive and efficient as advertised. We were not disappointed! By agreement the work was carried out over two half days. The crews were on time, worked without breaks, acted politely, explained what they did and why. The clean up was quick and complete. The wall runs close to fences separating us from our neighbours, but the latter were never inconvenienced. All in all a great experience. If you need waterproofing and have no patience for incompetence and conflicts, call RCC waterproofing.

Our house was renovated in 2004 but waterproofing was not fully done. Following heavy rain this summer (2010) water entered through the foundation wall and we called RCC Waterproofing who responded quickly. Communication was easy and a solution was quickly proposed. The work was carried out efficiently. Perfect clean up, and no neighbour was inconvenienced by the proximity of the project to their fences. We were kept informed at all times about progress and the methods used. A great experience. Eddie, the leader of the crew deserves special mention for his patience and polite manners. Highly recommend this firm. No fuss.

I had a couple of cracks that needed to be waterproofed at my house. On the day of the repair, when i came home from work, the area was so clean it looked like no one ever came to my house. And the best of all no more leaks. Thank you RCC. A+ service.

I had RCC waterproof 2 walls for me this summer and after all the rain this fall and the storm last week I didn't get any water in. Jamie was a very curteous and professional guy and the workers including Marco and Chris were top notch. They explained all the steps as they were performed and left my property looking great. I have recommended RCC to two co-workers in the last week and will continue to do so. Thanks for a great job!!

i had Nader come check out the issue with my basement leak....he recomended what should be done...gave me a quote, and i asked him when RCC could start!! from there i had Bruno and his crew come a few weeks later, and they took care of business!! A++++ in my books!!! i would recomend RCC to anyone!!

Basement is still dry! Anthony really helped me and told me step-by-step what needs to be done. He has also addressed me to other issues that I can take care of myself and save some money rather than hiring contractors and spending more money. I thought that was sweet of him to do. Thank you guys for a fantastic job! The guys did a great job waterproofing the wall. I will recommend you guys to my friends. If I have any other problems I’ll know who to call :)

It’s raining the basement is dry. This is our third job with RCC repairing our basement problems, with the same agent “Nagy”. We thought that it will be hand dug, but the crew came with a big digger we had no doubt that was used professionally, no complains. If I call for a fourth Job I am sure RCC will give me bigger discount this time.

i had water in my basement and i contacted RCC and other companies to provide a quote and assess my issue. upon receiving multiple assessments I could not have been happier to have selected RCC given they quickly understood my water problems and resolved it very fast. It took RCC to repair what was repaired by another contractor a year earlier.I dont know why i didnt go with them the f irst time. I think it was because i thought they were too big. But I was wrong these guys know what they are doing.Done in half the time of the first contractor the end result was a dry basement. I write this to warn all make sure who you hire because this is a expensive project to spend twice
